1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using homeprohunter.com (the "Site") or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. What HomeProHunter is (and is not)
HomeProHunter is a lead-matching and referral service. We connect homeowners with third-party contractors and home-services companies ("Partners"). We are not a contractor, do not perform home improvement work, do not employ or control Partners, and do not guarantee the quality, licensing, pricing, workmanship, or conduct of any Partner. Any agreement for services is solely between you and the Partner.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the homeowner or an authorized decision-maker for the property to submit a request.
4. Consent to be contacted
When you submit a request and check the consent box, you authorize HomeProHunter and matched Partners to contact you at the phone number and email you provide — including by autodialed and prerecorded calls and text messages — regarding your project. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may revoke consent at any time via Unsubscribe, by replying STOP, or by emailing stop@homeprohunter.com.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not submit another person's information without their authorization.
6. No warranty
THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that you will receive quotes, that any Partner will contact you, or that any Partner is suitable for your needs.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOMEPROHUNTER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY PARTNER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold HomeProHunter harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with any Partner.
9. Dispute resolution & arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you and HomeProHunter waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@homeprohunter.com.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted with an updated date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
